Could you answer any of these questions?

We all have difficult questions that perhaps we have not dared to answer, either because we are in a comfort zone where we feel comfortable or because just the idea of facing our beliefs and stirring up that internal confusion terrifies us.

In the next paragraph I propose some. It may be that you identify with all, a few, many or one. Read each one carefully.

Why is it so difficult to put yourself first? Why are you so afraid of setting limits? Why is it difficult for you to say NO? Why do you tend to put your tastes, dreams and aspirations in the drawer of oblivion? Why do you care so much about what others think? Why do you waste your valuable time watching and loving the lives of others instead of building the life of your dreams? Why have self-destructive behaviors become a habit? How have you become accustomed to physical and emotional discomfort? Why do you look for answers outside when everything is within you? Why don't you know who you are and what you really want? Why do you almost always give expecting something in return? At what point did you forget that life is NOW and that time is unforgiving? What do you really believe in? (These are just a few ideas, more will surely come to mind).

I suggest you answer the questions that have resonated most with you, putting yourself in the first person, for example: Why is it so difficult for me to put myself in first place? . You can do this by leaving a comment on this post or simply answering them for yourself. I assure you that it will be a very revealing exercise that will bring you closer to your true essence.

"The closer we are to ourselves, the closer we will be to God."
