THE PLUS: EXPERT SUPPORT As many times as you consider it necessary.

Did you think I was going to give you a magic recipe that would lose weight and give you energy like Wonder Woman? Well, I'm very sorry, let me tell you that IT DOESN'T EXIST. Each human being is totally different so what is useful and healthy for one person may even be poison for another. "One diet does not fit all" is the motto of bio individuality and the approach I use with my clients so that, depending on their needs, environment and level of health, they can learn to eat in the best way.

Of course, pay attention to the steps in the first part of the text that together bring together a method to make your morning hours and each of your days from now on the most productive and rewarding you have ever had. Remember: “As you do one thing, you do them all” start taking control of your mornings and you will soon see how your overall habits will transform.

The basis of this morning routine is taken from the writings of Robin Sharma, author of several favorite books on personal growth and productivity. In fact, if you have read it you will notice that I made a remix and added a couple of items that I like and apply in my life. (In another article I will list the books that have taught me the most because they can also be very helpful on your path to well-being).

On the other hand, and returning to the topic of diets, let me tell you that currently there are many and they are grouped into two main categories:

– Plant-based (vegetarian, vegan, fishetarian, ovo lacto vegetarian, lacto-vegetarian, apivegetarian, pollotarian, fruitarian, 'crudivegetarian' to name a few )

– Based on animal protein.

Both can contain the macronutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Of course, in different proportions) that are required for optimal health, however, as I told you before, not all of them are effective, recommended or even healthy for all people, so What more than a duty, it is a necessity to learn, consult with professionals (nutritionists, Health Trainers or Health Coaches) and experiment on yourself. Only in this way will you be able to expand both your understanding and your criteria when it comes to personal nutrition issues.

In short, the best diet will always be the one you build through external information (validated, of course), your own learning and conclusions based on your experiences that will surely be full of the famous trial - error.

And having said that, it is important that you keep in mind that no eating model is good or bad, they are simply that, methods that have been effective for different types of people and not so much for others. It is your mission then to build, adjust, recalibrate and modify yours when you deem necessary.

IT'S TIME TO EMPOWER YOURSELF WITH YOUR HEALTH, TAKE THE REINS AND BE THE PROTAGONIST OF YOUR OWN WELL-BEING TESTIMONY.
